Listing Programs

All of our programs include the MLS service.  We would not advise selling a property through a broker who doesn't utilize the MLS.

 

Program 1 - Luxury home program - full service program.  Sale price must be over $300,000.  Rates under 4%.  Rate is determined by marketability and list price.

 

Program 2 - Exclusive agency - list your home on your own (FSBO) and still list in the MLS.  If we sell it we charge you 4%.  (Rate could be lower if list price is over $300,000).  If you find the buyer you pay us nothing.

 

Program 3 -Rates from 4.25-5%.  Full service programs - you pick what marketing plan best suits your needs.

 

You may add commission to any of the above plans and we will pay it to the selling broker as an incentive.

 

Rates will be discounted further if you utilize Yankee's services to purchase a house.
