Our Listing Programs


All of our programs include the MLS service.  We would not advise selling a property through a broker who doesn't utilize the MLS. 

Program 1 - Commission 4% or lower depending on list price - luxury home full service program.  List price must be over $300,000.  

Program 2 - Commission 4% - Exclusive Agency - list your home in the MLS and still reserve the right to sell it on your own.  If we sell it you pay us 4%, if you sell it you pay nothing.

Program 3 -Commission 4.75% - full service program. 

Program 4 - Commission 5% - full service program with 2.75% subagency.  Subagency is the amount that we pay other realtors to sell your home.  It is one of the highest in the industry.

 

You may add commission to any of the above plans and we will pay it to the selling broker as an incentive.
